BabuiTelecom provides a whole range of services to customers, which includes site acquisition, site preparation, installation, integration, operation, enhanced operation, maintenance and repair-replacement. To briefly describe these services comprising the mobile network systems, it should be stated that BabuiTelecom undertakes all installations of the GSM networks that are scalable and upgradeable to GPRS, UMTS and Edge including mobile devices, infrastructure and applications. The telecom infrastructure provided consists of GSM, GPRD and 3G technologies with base stations, switching systems and intelligent networks for instant prepaid services.

The Site Acquisition Services are providing site selection, site searching, site negotiation, site contract preparation and signing which are initial requirements for the establishment of any telecom infrastructure. Our Site Acquisition Services will take care of all unnecessary hassles of dealing with building/land owner leaving our valued customers and their valuable human resources concentrating on the key business. The Site Preparation Services are providing all necessary construction, restoration and refurbishment works on the telecommunication sites which are necessary to accommodate the assigned equipment and to enable the customer to operate it safe and secure. The Site preparation works are covering a wide field starting from simple cleaning and painting works up to the erection of telecommunication towers. After the works are completed the site is declared “Ready for Installation”. The Installation Services are providing all necessary works to install all components of the telecommunication equipment on the telecommunication sites which are required to operate the equipment according to its designation. The installation works are covering the indoor installation works as well as the outdoor works like antenna and feeder cable installation on the telecommunication towers. After the works are completed the site is declared “Ready for Commissioning”. The installation of BTS equipment consists of three modular tasks:

Electrical Work/ AC Power Wiring The electrical AC power wiring works consist of the following:
Lighting Facility and Emergency Light Installing, testing and fixing of ceiling mounted tube lights completed in all respects such as steel sheet (rust proof stove enamel paint) base with reflector, ballast, starter, holder and tube light. Install, testing, fixing and supply of emergency electric backup system. Main Electrical Distribution Broad Installing, testing and commissioning of 16 SWG sheet steel clad, dust and vermin proof mounting type, 415V, 3-phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, indoor type main distribution broad (MDB) manufactured as per IEC/VDE standard and printed with stove enamel gray paint with hard drawn electrolytic copper bus bar TPN & E and all internal wiring (by duct wiring system) and gutter space for maximum size of cable entrance suitable for both top and bottom entry. 38mm dia G.I pipe boring by tube-well sinking method up to 30 meter depth including laying of 20mm×3mm copper flat bar inside the boring including masonry inspection pits of size 1.5’×1.5’×1.5’ (earth resistance less than 1 Ω) Supply, laying and fitting to wall of 1×50mm copper earth continuity cable from earthling pit to MGB and connect with all telecom and power equipments etc. separately with require necessary fittings and complete all respect as per site requirements. Lighting and surge protection facility. Obtaining power connection for electrical supply authority for sanction load of 15 KW, 3 Phase including all necessary formalities & security deposit. Installing, testing and connecting C-4×10mm˛ cables for service connection including all required components. Installation, configuration of Microwave Equipment BabuiTelecom nested the right teams to design and supply many PDH M/W radio projects including indoor & outdoor installations of DMC/DXR 200 series radios in 1.5 GHZ band-Tetra project as well as PSD, PDH microwave radio. BabuiTelecom also has installed many indoor & outdoor SDH radios / UHX antenna systems for JDMW – STC/Lucent. BabuiTelecom has worked extensively for Alcatel PDH microwave system/ grid-pack antenna utilizing MDR series. This variety in projects made it easy for Babui Telecom microwave teams to conform to high standards and perform multi-tasking tenders with ease and proficiency. Renovation works of existing room for MSC considering the work for interior and exterior wall painting, wall chipping, plastering, repairing of doors and windows etc. a) Walls: 2 Nos. 5” wall using 1st class Brick & mortar of ratio 1:4 and Polystyrene (as heat insulation) as per drawings, ľ” Plaster with 1:4 mortar is to be used on both inside & outside of the wall. Lintels will be provided for door & Air Conditioners, 3” thick slab projected 3” from the edge of the A.C should be provided, 4” high skirting shall be provided on wall all around. b) R.C.C roof slab (5” thick): Using 1st class picket broken brick chips, sand (F.M>2.5) cement as prescribed by your engineer with mixture proportion 1:2:3 ˝ and reinforcement as per existing structure following the structural design by our engineer, 2’-0” cornice will be provided with ˝” plaster, 1” C.C will be used neat cement finishing on roof. c) Floor: 3” thick C.C on existing floor above this 4” thick machine base (1’-8”×8’-0”) or according to room size) with best quality local brand floor tiles will be provided. d) Steel door: The frame & Shutter shall be made of 14 gauges & 16 gauges thick M.S steel sheet respectively with 1˝” heat insulation inside. e) Ceiling: A false ceiling with gypsum board of 4’×2’ section including required channel/ “T” etc. will complete in all respect. f) Cable holes: 8 Nos. 1˝dia PVC pipe sleeve shall be provided as shown in the drawing. g) Raised floor: Preparing raised floor with imported non static plastic wood (25mm thickness) with required support to sustain the load 3001f/sqft. The Commissioning Services are providing all necessary works to set up all parts of the telecommunication equipment on the telecommunication sites for the operation according to its designation. The commissioning works are covering all tasks from the initial switching on of the equipment up to complex acceptance tests with the customer to prove that all parameters are according to the contractual specifications. After the works are completed the site is declared “Ready for Operation”. The Integration Services are ensuring the correct and reliable integration and inter-working of the installed equipment within the telecommunication network of the customer via international specified interfaces. The integration works are covering all tasks from the interconnection to the telecommunication environment as well as all tests to ensure that the inter-working is according to the designated function and to the international specifications. With the Operation Services BabuiTelecom relieves the customer of the operational burden of operating the provided equipment and leaves their valuable human resources engaged in core business works. As BabuiTelecom has developed, installed and commissioned the equipment we have as a matter of fact the knowledge to take over the operation of it. The operator benefits our valued customers from saving operational costs because they don’t have to provide and train own staff. BabuiTelecom provides also a comprehensive Maintenance Service for our customers which covers all tasks for corrective and preventive maintenance as well as field maintenance services. The corrective maintenance rectifies hardware as well as software defects of the installed equipment to re-establish the proper functionality of the equipment. The preventive maintenance covers tasks and procedures to prevent faults before they occur to ensure the proper function of the equipment and to prolong its lifetime. The field maintenance service covers maintenance tasks on the deployed sites including the servicing of the infrastructure to ensure the safe and secure operation of the sites. General maintenance

Repair-Replace ServicesThe Repair-Replace Service is a customized hardware support service provided by BabuiTelecom where any faulty module is collected from the customer and send to our repair centers. After a defined return time selected by the customer according to his operational requirements the repaired or if they are not repairable the replaced modules are returned back to the customer. This service ensures the continuous functionality of the installed systems for the customer and thus the value of his investment.
